Position: Warehouse Janitorial Team Leader

Location: Warners, Central New York

Your Responsibilities:

As the Warehouse Janitorial Team Leader, you will oversee cleaning operations and manage a team of custodial staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of janitoral workers.
• Ensuring all cleaning operations adhere to Cleantec's standards.
• Coordinating shift schedules and task assignments.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Providing training and support to staff.

Flexible Shifts:

We accommodate a variety of schedules, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting at $17.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Your leadership deserves to be rewarded!
