Receive, inspect, and document incoming household goods shipments

Properly tag, inventory, and store items using warehouse tracking software

Accurately input and manage inventory data in MS Warehouse software

Load and unload trucks in accordance with company and safety standards

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse

Maintain organized warehouse storage areas

Assist with shipment preparation, staging, and dispatch

Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Work collaboratively with drivers, movers, office staff, and management

Prior experience in household goods moving and storage required

Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)

Proficient in warehouse tracking software systems

Working knowledge of MS Warehouse software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
