About ClearwayClearway Technology Distribution LLC is a Dell Outlet Platinum Authorized Distributor based in Ada, Michigan, selling exclusively through the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel. Our core business is factory-recertified Dell PowerEdge and PowerVault hardware, backed by integration, staging, and white-label logistics services that our reseller partners depend on. We are a young, fast-growing company, and every team member plays a direct role in how reliably we deliver for our partners.Role SummaryThe Warehouse & Logistics Associate is a hands-on, do-it-all role at the center of Clearway's daily operations. This person keeps orders moving end-to-end — picking, packing, and shipping product, receiving and reconciling inventory, and handling the purchasing and vendor coordination behind the scenes. They also maintain accurate records in Dell's systems and serve as a communication hub between sales, accounting, and the technical team. They will additionally support the Integration Technician team with server breakdowns and hands-on, labor-intensive integration work. Above all, this person is a steward of Clearway's reputation with our VAR partners: every shipment, every order, and every record is expected to meet the quality and accuracy our customers count on. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, a strong communicator, and energized by variety rather than routine.Quality Assurance & Customer Expectations — Job OneBefore anything else, this role exists to protect the accuracy and quality that our VAR partners expect from Clearway on every order. Shipping, purchasing, and data entry all matter — but none of it counts if what ships out the door, or what's recorded in our systems, isn't right. Every task in this role should be performed with the customer's expectations in mind first.Treat order accuracy as non-negotiable — right product, right condition, right documentation, every time, no exceptions for speed.Inspect and verify product at receiving and again before it ships, catching discrepancies or damage before they become a customer problem.Keep purchasing, inventory, and accounting records in sync — numbers must match across POs, invoices, and sales orders.Hold integration and staging work to the same standard — a server that leaves Clearway should reflect the quality our partners are paying for.Speak up immediately when something looks off, rather than letting a shipment, order, or record move forward on a guess.Understand that meeting customer expectations, not just moving volume, is how success in this role is measured.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPick, pack, and ship customer orders, packaging product carefully to prevent damage in transit.Process shipments through IQ Reseller and carrier websites, and keep orders moving — flagging and resolving anything that gets stuck or stagnant.Handle order changes as they arise, including adding or removing product from an order.Share tracking numbers and freight costs with the sales rep and/or client on each order.Receiving & InventoryReceive incoming product and apply it to inventory or the appropriate open sales order.Perform inventory adjustments to keep on-hand quantities and records accurate.Dell Account Administration & Data EntryRequest end-user information from clients as needed for registration and compliance.Process warranty and ownership transfers and update Dell configuration records.Handle iDRAC assignment and capture ProSupport details on applicable orders.Purchasing & Vendor CoordinationRequest quotes from vendors and capture tracking and serial numbers for purchase orders.Purchase hardware directly through vendor websites or by email, and support new vendor setup, including exchanging required business documents.Track ProSupport warranty end dates and fulfill ProSupport against sales orders.Keep sales informed of product changes, ETAs, and invoicing status; keep accounting records reconciled and accurate.Integration SupportAssist Integration Technicians with breakdown of servers and related hardware, including component removal, sorting, and staging.Support labor-intensive integration tasks such as racking/unracking, moving heavy equipment, and general staging assistance.Coordinate with the technical team on iDRAC assignments, inbound product ETAs, and breakdown assignments.Follow safety and handling procedures for sensitive electronic equipment and enterprise hardware.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Prior warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or administrative experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person.Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on data entry, order accuracy, and recordkeeping.Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with sales, accounting, technical staff, vendors, and clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); able to learn inventory, purchasing, and shipping software.Problem-solving mindset — able to spot issues with orders or records and work them to resolution.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout a full shift in a warehouse environment.Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a small team.Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus; willing to certify on the job. What Success Looks LikeOrders consistently meet the quality and accuracy our VAR partners expect — few to no errors, damage claims, or rework.Orders flow smoothly from purchase through delivery without getting stuck or stagnant.Dell account records, vendor records, and inventory stay accurate and current.Accounting, sales, and technical teams can rely on this person's numbers and records matching across systems.Integration technicians can rely on this person for consistent, safe, hands-on support during breakdown and build work.Work EnvironmentThis role is based on-site at Clearway's Ada, Michigan facility.
