Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials. Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory. Develop and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies within the warehouse environment. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize space utilization. Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and timely order fulfillment. Monitor warehouse performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS software, and lean manufacturing concepts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and warehouse security protocols. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
