Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including cycle counting, stocktaking, and reconciliation. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and material requirements. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Bonus Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD). Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and storage regulations. Proven ability to implement and optimize warehouse automation technologies.
