Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM). - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced utilization. - Experience with automated warehousing technologies (e.g., AS/RS, robotics). - Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
