Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow. Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and physical inventories, minimizing discrepancies. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and accident-free work environment. Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and racking systems, ensuring proper upkeep and repair. Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs related to labor, supplies, and equipment. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient material movement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS software, and lean manufacturing concepts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations. Experience with budget management and cost control within a warehouse setting.
