Circle Furniture is a family run retail furniture business that has been around for almost 70 years, beginning in a small shop in Putnam Circle (now Putnam Square) and growing to 8 locations across New England.

Position
Circle Furniture is seeking an individual to manage our main distribution facility in Acton, MA. All merchandise for our 8 locations is received to and delivered from this building.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage warehouse staff with a hands on approach
- Quality control of all inventory
- Maintain accurate paperwork for incoming and outgoing inventory
- Manage labor costs of staff to remain within budget
- Assist with hiring along with VP of Operations
- Conduct cycle counts for accurate inventory
- support and implement all company policies
- Monitor and document any receiving or delivery failures and make adjustments to avoid preventable issues in the future
Requirements
- 3-5 years management experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in furniture
- Knowledge of inventory control policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage and direct diverse staff
