Job Summary:

SoPakCo Warehouse Managers are expected to work as a valued member of the warehouse and distribution operations. This position consists of daily management of all aspects of warehouse operations. As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service, managing our warehouse operations, and learning how to use customer/warehouse management systems.

Job Description/Required Skills:

• Required to use customer and warehouse management system.
• Responsible for inventory reconciliation
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of work processing tools and spreadsheet (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ensure all associates follow policies including company rules and safety guidelines.
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment.
• Assist other areas/departments when needed.

Education and Experience:

• Previous Warehouse Manager experience required.
• Preferred experience using data management software.
• Warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or third-party experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires prolonged sitting, standing and material handling equipment operations.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must be able to work in severe weather conditions, both heat and cold.
• Must be able to, walk, squat, kneel, twist, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening.
