Our business has evolved enormously over the last 16 years, from 18 year old Matt at his parents’ home to the multi award‑winning, multi‑million pound, industry leading company we are today. We’re proud to be the most in‑demand and highest‑rated events company in the country… and we plan to keep it that way. That reputation and demand means we’re growing fast and our AV department is scaling too! We’re looking for an experienced, tech‑savvy, sales person to lead the selling, planning and delivery of our AV and production events. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role for someone who loves the blend of technical production, sales, client management, and team leadership. You can read more about how we do things here , but if you’re someone who brings the fun, owns your bit and plays for the team, you’ll probably love it here. About the Role: Warehouse Manager We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and ensure our event equipment is always prepared, protected and perfectly presented. You’ll lead our warehouse day‑to‑day, managing stock worth millions of pounds and supporting the smooth delivery of events across London and beyond. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves detail, thrives on efficiency, and takes pride in running a tight ship. You’ll manage our Warehouse Assistant, work closely with the Events and Operations teams, and play a key role in improving systems and processes as the business continues to grow. If you’re practical, calm under pressure and naturally meticulous – but also warm, friendly and a great team player – you’ll thrive here. We’re looking for someone who treats our equipment with care, understanding that great events start in the warehouse. What a Day Might Look Like: Warehouse Operations & Event Prep Overseeing the preparation of equipment for upcoming events, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency. Planning and organising workloads to meet event schedules. Ensuring vans are loaded safely, logically and correctly, with accurate delivery notes. Supporting the Events Team with clear handovers and well‑prepped kit. Inventory & Stock Management Taking full ownership of our inventory and stock management system. Ensuring stock levels, locations and availability are always accurate and up to date. Planning stock allocation across multiple events and identifying potential clashes well in advance. Ensuring accessories, consumables and spares are properly stocked. Equipment Care & Maintenance Maintaining all event equipment to a high standard through checking, testing and maintenance. Fixing and repairing equipment where possible and coordinating external repairs when required. Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised and efficient at all times. Line‑managing and supporting the Warehouse Assistant. Setting daily priorities, standards and expectations. Leading by example and helping maintain a positive, proactive warehouse culture. Systems, Processes & Projects Taking a proactive approach to improving warehouse systems, layouts and workflows. Supporting wider company projects including technical rigging, event installations and building improvements. Working collaboratively with other departments to support business growth. Reports to: Creative Director Schedule: Mon–Fri, standard working hours. Flexibility required during busy event periods. Location: Warehouse‑based. Bonus: Annual profit share if company targets are hit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
