Job Summary:
Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team at either our Irving, TX or New Jersey location. The Warehouse Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse processes. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Ensure that all processes are performed accurately and efficiently.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff. Ensure that the team follows company policies and safety protocols, while meeting performance expectations.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Implement safety training programs and conduct safety audits to minimize accidents and injuries.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess warehouse processes and workflows. Implement improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Work closely with the transportation department to coordinate outbound shipments.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Generate and review reports on key metrics, such as order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Vendor & Supplier Relations: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and supplies. Resolve any issues related to inventory shortages, delays, or damaged goods.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.

Proven track record in managing and leading teams to meet operational goals.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other relevant software.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
