Full Time/Salary

Are you a strategic leader who knows that a well-oiled warehouse is the heartbeat of a successful business?

High Country Beverage, the region’s premier family-owned beverage distributor, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take our operations to the next level. In a fast-paced industry, we know that efficiency and accuracy aren't just goals—they are the standard. We need a leader who can balance the big-picture strategy of space optimization with the daily grit of team management.

We are looking for a Visionary Director: someone who can optimize our layout, master our inventory systems, and foster a collaborative environment where every team member thrives.

What You Will Do (The Role)

You will lead the entire warehouse team, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and distribution of our premium beverage portfolio.

  • Lead & Direct: Manage, schedule, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts while serving as a professional role model.
  • Optimize Operations: Maximize space utilization through smart warehouse layouts and implement contingency plans to keep us running through weather or equipment disruptions.
  • Master Inventory & Data: Take full ownership of inventory control, tracking KPIs like picking accuracy, productivity, and shrinkage to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Oversee the safe operation of all equipment and coordinate necessary repairs while maintaining a clean, regulation-compliant environment.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and beverage vendors to ensure efficient product flow and timely logistics.

Why Join Us? (The Culture)
  • Career Velocity: We don’t just offer a job; we offer a career path with mentorship and development programs designed to help you climb into senior leadership.
  • Family Atmosphere: We are a passionate team that works hard and celebrates together with company happy hours and holiday parties.
  • Professional Growth: This is a high-impact leadership role where you are encouraged to go "above and beyond" to drive organizational success.

What You Get (The Benefits)

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary + 401k with company match.
  • Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year to recharge.
  • Health: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • The Perks: Enjoy on-site "hospitality bar" product sampling and safe-ride taxi reimbursement programs.

What You Bring

  • Leadership DNA: You are a seasoned leader with a professional attitude and the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
  • Strategic Mindset: You can analyze complex operations, resolve discrepancies, and implement improvements that impact the bottom line.
  • Operational Expertise: You have experience in supply chain logistics, vendor management, and enforcing strict safety protocols.
  • Reliability: You are dependable, adaptable, and ready to lead your team through any challenge with a positive attitude.

Ready to lead our operations to new heights? If you are ready to build a career with a company that values hard work and family, apply today!

While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
