QXO expects to achieve its target of $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What You'll Do:Train, manage, and develop the warehouse team, including CDL drivers, delivery helpers, and warehouse partnersDevise and implement effective procedures for daily warehouse operations in line with company guidelinesCollaborate with management to identify and address operational issuesOversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing company policies and proceduresDirect all incoming and outgoing material shipments, ensuring organized and efficient handlingMaintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs, suggest inventory changes, and ensure accurate control and record-keepingManage material movement and transfers, regularly spot-checking inventoryOrganize and maintain the warehouse, yard, and store layout for maximum efficiency and safetyWork closely with the Regional Safety Manager to ensure adherence to safe operational procedures and timely reportingMonitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and make recommendations for improvements as neededWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree, five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of bothProven leadership experience in talent development, coaching, and guiding teams through changeStrong judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environmentAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersFlexibility and willingness to work extended hours to achieve goalsWhat You'll Earn:401(k) with employer matchBonus eligibilityMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leaveAnnual safety shoe allowancePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
