Warehouse & Distribution ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead all warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient material flow to support production and meet customer commitments.This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a strong floor presence, a “lead by example” mindset, and full ownership of departmental performance across safety, service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shippingLead, coach, and develop warehouse teams while driving accountability and performanceEnsure compliance with food safety standards (GMPs, sanitation, traceability, audit readiness)Maintain high inventory accuracy and effective inventory control processes (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, reconciliation)Partner cross-functionally with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure seamless operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principlesManage departmental budgets, labor planning, and operational metricsQualifications:5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience in food manufacturing8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operationsStrong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and warehouse systemsHands-on leadership style with the ability to operate material handling equipment as neededProven ability to drive performance, improve processes, and lead teams in a high-volume environmentPreferred:Lean/Six Sigma experienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
