Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, inventory management, and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team, optimize logistics, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational goals.
• Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to minimize discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination:
  • Plan and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct safety training and regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process Improvement:
  • Analyze warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Utilize technology and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare reports for management on warehouse performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
