The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, logistics coordination, team leadership, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse layout for optimal efficiencyCheck orders against inventory and ensure timely fulfillmentSource inventory from other warehouses or purchase as neededManage and execute warehouse transfersSchedule and oversee refurbishment of products to ensure quality standardsPerform regular quality checks on refurbished itemsTrack hours and labor for refurbishment jobsOversee the loading and unloading of trucksPrint tickets and prepare trucks for installation and takedown jobsCheck trucks back in and conduct a final review of paperwork for installations and takedownsManage and lead the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environmentDevelop Warehouse Supervisor for a future management roleEnter data accurately into systems including Sage, Smartsheet, and ExcelOrder products and supplies as needed to meet operational demandsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant warehouse management experience preferredProficiency in Sage, Smartsheet, and Microsoft ExcelValid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three yearsAbility to work nights or weekends during peak holiday seasonPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditionsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsLeadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectivelyBenefits:Paid time offPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVision401(k) match
