Your New Role

As the Warehouse Manager in Woodland, CA, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the materials, tools, and inventory they need to complete jobs efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing warehouse inventory, including cycle counts and restocking

  • Receiving shipments and verifying order accuracy

  • Organizing, shelving, and maintaining parts and materials

  • Picking up and delivering parts, tools, and equipment as needed

  • Staging materials to support scheduled jobs

  • Leading the Parts Department, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews

  • Developing and maintaining systems for vehicle inventory, tools, and shipping and receiving

  • Supporting technician productivity through accurate parts pulling and order processes

  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials

  • Working with leadership to track metrics and support continuous improvement

  • Ability to lift and transport materials as required
