Work Model: On-Site Location: Greeley, CO, USA Shift: First shift Job Level: Manager with Direct Reports Schedule: Full time; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job Overview Schneider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Greeley to lead a warehouse or terminal. The Warehouse Operations Manager will coach warehouse associates while overseeing warehouse metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer service. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates and leaders. Adhere to budgets and review financial results. Develop strategies around staffing and schedules to align with volume and demand. Hold associates and leaders accountable for achieving business metrics and goals. Provide guidance on the warehouse's daily activities, including loading/unloading freight, doing maintenance, checking inventory, etc. Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and implement improvement opportunities. Organize regular staff meetings to ensure proper communication. Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field. 4-6 years of previous logistics, supply chain or warehouse experience. Knowledge of warehouse and yard management systems. Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Pay And Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance. Company paid life insurance. 401(k) savings plan with company match. Paid time off and paid holidays. Results-based incentive pay program where you can earn above and beyond your base pay. Tuition reimbursement. Starting wages are $71,300 - $89,100 per year based on experience.
