Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: New Jersey / Pennsylvania

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, and service level execution within the facility. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and oversee daily warehouse operations across assigned areas
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met
• Ensure processes are executed in line with company standards and procedures
• Monitor workflow and proactively address operational challenges
• Drive performance and maintain service levels across the operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
• Train, coach, and support the development of team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience working with WMS systems
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• On-site role only (no remote or hybrid options)

Preferred:

• Experience in a 3PL environment
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations
