Description:
Responsible for performing transactions in SAP in support of inbound raw materials, outbound customer shipments, and manufacturing production control
Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and SAP Transactions are performed regularly and in a timely manner to support business requirements
Strict adherence to departmental work instructions, procedures, and training deadlines.
Coordination with all departments to ensure on-time delivery of raw material, parts, consumables, and tooling to and from the appropriate production areas
Ensure materials and finished goods are properly staged for transportation/movement
Cross-reference and confirm part quantity, part number, serial number, labeling throughout plant movements and transactions
Support physical preparation, packaging, and labeling of outbound customer shipments
Maintain a safe, clean workplace with special attention to site and departmental guidelines
Customer-centric mindset and clear communication to stakeholders is required
Attention to detail and pride of work
Experience working in a global environment Cross-functional/ Cross-cultural environment
Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
Willingness to utilize powered lifting equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, lift tables etc. to support safe hardware handling operations
Experience working in SAP (or equivalent ERP system) is desired
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Medical device experience is a plus
Minimum of High School Diploma of GED
Minimum of five years of experience
Must be open to working all required shift hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed
