We are proud to partner with a globally recognized medical supply warehouse in Redlands, CA. We’re seeking talented individuals to join a mission-driven team that ensures essential medical products reach healthcare providers around the world safely and on time.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support operations within a medical-focused distribution center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing, staging, and shipping sensitive medical supplies. The assignment begins as a contract role with an expectation to convert to permanent status within 45 days for those who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.

Pay rate: 20/hr.+ OT and DT.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm OT as needed.
Must have skills:
HSD or GED

**2+ years’ experience in slipsheet required**
Experience with multiple types of MHE – order pickers, reach trucks and counterbalance.
Reliable Transportation and clean background check.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming medical inventory.
Maintain proper handling of medical supplies, including temperature-controlled and sensitive items.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in compliance with quality standards.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment; experience with healthcare or medical supplies is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory systems and standard warehouse technology.
Ability to lift 50lbs. as needed.
Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, as required.
