DESCRIPTION:

A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
This position ensures efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistics activities.
The coordinator works closely with warehouse staff, Managers, logistics teams, and external vendors to
maintain operational excellence.
Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the Siemens
Energy installation guidelines to ensure high quality standards.
Emphasizing teamwork, following
instructions and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely loading or unloading
Inspect received goods for accuracy and quality
Active following the lead of processes, procedures, timelines and given schedules
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage, accessibility, and safety
Oversee picking, packing, staging, and replenishment processes
Schedule deliveries, pickups, and carrier appointments
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
