Job Title: Spec 1 Warehouse Operations

Location: Holdrege, NE
Duration: 9 months (Contract)

• On-call, as needed

• Day or night shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM 6:30 AM

• 24-hour advance notice provided by the hiring manager

• Schedule may change based on business needs

Responsible for general warehouse and sterilization activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires flexibility, physical work, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Load and unload materials manually

• Prepare products for manual or automated processing

• Follow written procedures accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas

• Work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

• English proficiency read, write, and speak (Required)

• Able to lift 20 50 lbs (PCP Level 3) (Required)

• Manufacturing experience preferred, not required

• High-speed manufacturing/warehouse setting

• Exposure to heat, dust, noise, chemicals, and physical activity

• PPE required: safety glasses, safety-toe shoes, high-visibility vest
