In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our receiving processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and Inspecting: You’ll be the first pair of eyes on incoming shipments, ensuring everything meets our quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Organize and manage incoming products, ensuring accurate tracking in our system.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Address any discrepancies or issues that arise with orders, taking initiative to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all safety protocols.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a lead role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus!
