Position Summary:

The Returns Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently during their assigned shift. This role supports the Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) Managers by coordinating material handling, supervising team members, and ensuring that production schedules are met. The Returns Leader is also responsible for maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Report to and communicate effectively with the Site/General Manager and client, ensuring transparency and alignment on operational goals.
- Follow precise directions and execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor all processes and employees to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and Site Manager to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Complete and submit reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) accurately and on time as directed.
- Ensure timely completion of all required training as scheduled.
- Engage professionally with all levels of management and foster a positive working environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that meets compliance and safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting in day-to-day activities as needed.
- Participate in and support projects that contribute to operational success.
- Commit to quality and safety, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate honesty and transparency in all work-related situations.
- Manage additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics operations support or warehouse supervision.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
- Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
- Leadership: Experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and leading return/reverse operations.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Language: Bilingual is a plus.
