Responsibilities Keep warehouses organized and clean, with orders pulled efficiently and accurately Receive and check-in new materials Keep up with inventory, including counting and re-counting Load and unload box trucks/semis Basic lawn maintenance; snow removal in the winter Report damaged/missing products to Operations Manager Follow proper procedures for damaged items Float between Warehouses as needed, while maintaining knowledge of different products Drive Non-CDL trucks as needed Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure all tasks are complete Any other tasks or areas of responsibility that the Operations Manager or Schilling family deem appropriate Education/Requirements Maintain a valid driver's license Regularly lift/carry/move up to 50 lbs. and may have to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, climb, carry, and walk throughout Yard/Warehouses Safely operate all equipment Could include sweeper, skid steer, order picker ranging from 8-30 feet in the air, forklift, pickup trucks (with and without snowplow), flatbeds, box trucks, vans, and SUVs.
