Job Overview: Warehouse staff will report to the Warehouse Manager. They take pride in moving products through the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner. Warehouse employees should be able to locate items in the warehouse quickly and efficiently. They work cross‑functionally with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Supervisor to keep things moving smoothly in the warehouse with a goal of exceeding the client’s and Company’s expectations. Responsibilities and Duties: Determines moving requirements by obtaining work orders and manifest. Retrieves inventory by locating and verifying materials; stacking and securing materials; moving materials to staging area or to/from transportation vehicle using a hand truck, clamp truck and/or forklift. Maintains inventory and shipping records by completing logs. Maintains safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes warehousing/shipping and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed. Skills/Requirements: Forklift experience a plus Safety management Inventory control and management experience a plus Physical job with lifting Dependable and reliable Reporting skills Scheduling Analyzing information Deadline‑Oriented Time Management Data entry skills / computer Literate Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM; location is open 5‑days a week Hourly Rate $18‑$20/hour, DOE Benefits: Diakon offers competitive wages and bonuses, medical benefits, 401(k) plan with match and paid vacations and holidays to full‑time employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
