The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant flow of materials through the facility. This role manages incoming shipments and documentation, verifies materials against purchase orders, and enters required data into internal systems. The position supports daily shipping operations by handling escalations and logistics tasks, maintaining control files, and assisting with inventory verification and transactions using Korber, High Jump, and Oracle applications. The Shipping Clerk maintains accurate storage locations, supports the development of audit processes and Kanban signals, follows up on IT-related issues, and ensures proper labeling and housekeeping standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot transactional discrepancies are essential. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, along with the flexibility to work overtime when needed. Responsibilities Manage shipping supplies by checking all incoming materials for accurate quantities and descriptions based on open purchase orders, packing lists, freight bills and bills of lading and entering data into our systems. Manage escalations, broker assistance, hand keys, change overs, exports, planning orders, waving orders, and tracking PRO numbers. Assist with the verification of inventory and performing inventory transactions using Korber and High Jump Maintain accuracy of the Oracle storage location and corresponding physical location Ability to learn and assist in development of audit processes and Kanban delivery signals Following up on IT tickets as needed. Maintain storage locations and labeling. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3 years manufacturing experience High school diploma or GED Ability to read BOM Must obtain LTO license at Rheem Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint within the first 6 months Proficient with Oracle inventory applications within the first 6 months Ability to troubleshoot transactions and receipts for anomalies within the first 6 months Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management including the District Sales Manager (DSM), customer service, and the Operations team via email, teams, and in person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
