Warehouse Specialist Our client, an industry leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their dedicated team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Specialist Location: Billerica, MA Pay rate: $21.00 Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM What's the Job? Perform general warehouse support tasks including lifting and unpackaging solar panels (2 person lift) and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse environment. Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Support outside cleaning activities, such as maintaining the parking lot area and consolidating outdoor items. Move about the warehouse environment to complete various associated duties as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and safety compliance. What's Needed? Ability to perform light lifting and stand for extended periods. Willingness to engage in physical activity and move about the warehouse environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures. No prior experience required; training will be provided. What's in it for me?
