Compensation Details Team members earn a base pay of $19.75 to $23.75 per hour (including shift differentials and premiums) plus up to $3.80 per hour in incentive pay based on performance. 401(k) program Health insurance Comprehensive benefits package (weekly pay, PTO, life and disability insurance) Job Description The Warehouse Specialist—part of our Dallas, TX distribution center—helps store, package, and ship Ace merchandise while operating and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receiving: Unload freight with power equipment, process products via RF scanner, and prepare items for stocking. Stocking: Use RF scanners to resupply bins, manage freight inventory, and support order picking. Order Filling: Select and stage merchandise using Voice Collect headset, efficiently fulfill orders via foot or forklift. Shipping: Operate forklifts or other power equipment to load product onto outgoing trailers. Shift Options Sunday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Sunday – Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 5:30 am Sunday – Wednesday: 8:00 pm – 6:30 am Shifts and working days are subject to change based on business needs.
