Title: Warehouse/Production Supervisor

Location: Bergen County, NJ

Salary: $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience

Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm, Fri 8:00am-3:00pm

Overview: Very well-established plastics manufacturing company seeks qualified Warehouse/Production Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience in a smaller warehousing/manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory procedures
• Manage incoming raw materials
• Maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse
• Oversee small team
• Oversee materials arriving and departing warehouse for timeliness and accuracy
• Provide support to production/manufacturing operations
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, etc.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of warehouse or production supervisory experience
• Small to medium sized company experience strongly preferred
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred)
• Able to utilize a computer including ERP and Microsoft
• Able to bend, stand, lift for extended periods of time
• Extremely reliable, hard-working, and driven to succeed
