Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in our Lewisburg, TN facility, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material flow to production, and on-time customer shipments. This role leads warehouse associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supports continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities???? Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Ensure timely material delivery to production lines
  • Monitor FIFO and material flow accuracy
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers
  • Support EDI release alignment and shipment schedules
???? Inventory Control
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure proper system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Plex, Oracle)
  • Monitor dock-to-stock time
???? Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates (10–30 team members depending on shift)
  • Manage shift schedules and labor allocation
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching
  • Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork
???? Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards
  • Conduct daily safety talks and enforce PPE usage
  • Maintain 5S and clean warehouse environment
???? Continuous Improvement
  • Support Lean initiatives and process optimization
  • Identify waste reduction opportunities
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams

QualificationsEducation
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • ERP/WMS experience (Plex, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Forklift certification preferred
