Warehouse Team MemberThe basic function of the Warehouse Team is to ensure that the warehouse is appropriately stocked, rotated, and that the materials stored in the appropriate locations and in good condition in the warehouse.Education Preferred: High School or Vocational School Graduate.Experience:A minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse preferred.Preferred Skill, Knowledge and Abilities:General knowledge shipping & receiving, and inventory control procedures.Able to read, write, spell and orally communicate proficiently in English.Positive, professional attitude with pleasant personalityProblem-solving and preventionPreferred Licenses/Certification:Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.Physical:Standing for extended period, sitting, climbing, walking, crouching, and stooping.Extensive use of hands, vision, and voice.Must be able to climb up and down stairs.Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.Must regularly lift and/or move materials, boxes, pallets, etc.Mental:Requires math skills.Working Conditions:Working outdoors most of the time being exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.The yard environment will have the general safety hazards, dust and noise associated with a construction yard.Responsibilities and Duties:Pulls product for delivery or "Will-Call".Assist On-Loading and Off-loading doors and components:Check for damagesMark Pallets of doors and components with Item # and put them away.Stocks warehouses as needed.Performs inventories of different materials as needed.Receives inventory from suppliers and our delivery personnel and verifies the accuracy of the order. Reports any inaccuracies to the Warehouse Team Lead or Receiving & Shipping Supervisor.Rotate and relocate inventory as directed by quality controls.Performs any other duties to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
