- Supervising team members: Ensuring that all workers are working efficiently and safely.
- Managing equipment: Keeping track of work equipment availability and ensuring it is in good condition.
- Performance evaluation: Assessing the performance of workers and providing feedback.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between management and workers.
- Conflict resolution: Resolving conflicts that may arise between workers on site.
- Inventory management: Checking outgoing stocks and ensuring proper documentation.
- Training and development: Assisting in employee training and development.
- Health and safety: Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Resource planning: Maximizing efficiency and ensuring operational success.
- Team building: Building and maintaining relationships with key internal customers.
- Process improvement: Assisting in employee training, development, and engagement.
- Leadership: Leading a team in a warehousing and logistics environment.
- Problem-solving: Managing the start-up procedures and daily work plan.
- Operational success: Adhering to stock management systems and managing daily picking requirements and distribution
- Customer service: Exceptional service delivery to customers both internal and external.
- Continuous improvement: Proactive with an eye for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of WMS systems: Knowledge and operation of warehouse management systems (WMS).
