OMlog is a fast-growing logistics and warehouse operation focused on efficiency, accountability, and teamwork. We’re looking for a dependable Team Lead who can step in, take ownership of daily operations, and lead by example on the floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during daily operations
• Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and help resolve issues in real time
• Train new hires and coach team members for performance improvement
• Communicate with supervisors and management on staffing and progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Step in hands-on when needed — this is a working lead role

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior team lead, warehouse, or supervisory experience (required)
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to motivate, correct, and guide a team respectfully
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic computer or system experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required
