The Warehouse Team works Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, with overtime available daily and occasionally on Saturdays.
Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for executing and supporting warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, process adherence, and WMS/ERP utilization. This individual ensures materials are properly received, transacted, staged, and shipped in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience with inventory control processes, warehouse management systems (WMS), and continuous improvement in warehouse procedures.
Essential Functions
- Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS)/enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (e.g., E2/JobBoss) to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Pick, package, and stage materials for production and outbound shipments.
- Receive, validate, and document incoming shipments from suppliers or vendors.
- Track all materials sent to outsourced finishing services and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate warehouse organization, labeling, and part identification.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Support warehouse process control through standardized workflows and reporting.
- Assist in resolving inventory issues and escalating inconsistencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental goals.

Required Skills
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (E2/JobBoss or similar).
- An understanding of inventory cycle counting and staging best practices.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (prior experience/certification preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience a plus.
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (5-15 pounds consistently)
- Stand for extended periods.
