We’re hiring a hands‑on Warehouse Technology Specialist to support warehouse execution technology — with a strong focus on RF scanners, device troubleshooting, and system integrations. What You’ll Do: Configure and support RF scanners (Zebra, Honeywell preferred) and Android-based handhelds Troubleshoot barcode scanning failures, device connectivity, and wireless issues Support MDM enrollment (e.g., Intune) and maintain barcode/labeling standards Troubleshoot NetSuite WMS transactions (inventory, bin management, wave picking, fulfillment) Monitor integrations (EDI, ecommerce, shipping systems) and resolve data mismatches Train warehouse users on scanning workflows and system best practices What You Bring: 1+ years of NetSuite ERP experience Experience supporting WMS and warehouse inventory workflows Strong hardware + transaction troubleshooting skills Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor Execution-focused role.
