Shift: Monday - Friday ,9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Summary:
- This role supports warehouse and distribution operations by accurately processing customer orders and shipments.
- The position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders within the same day while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use a computer system to print customer orders and shipment details.
- Efficiently process shipments as part of a team to ensure same-day order completion and shipment.
- Pick products from storage areas, verify order accuracy, and pack items for shipment.
- Demonstrate initiative by assisting team members during slow periods.
- Perform general warehouse activities, including 5S tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
- Restock picking and overflow storage locations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0+ years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged).
- Warehouse picking experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desired Skills / Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience.
- Scanning experience.
- Prior picking and packing experience.
- General warehouse experience beyond entry-level duties.
