Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth

Contribute to a culture where your work helps shape our region's infrastructure and environment

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of water resources / civil engineering experience (we're open to backgrounds in municipal drainage design, flood modelling, watershed/infrastructure work)

Technical proficiency: hydrology/hydraulic modelling, stormwater design, GIS/CAD tools

EIT or PE preferred, or willing to pursue PE

Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a proactive attitude
