Plan, design, and manage water resources projects stormwater systems, drainage, floodplain/hydrologic/hydraulic modelling, watershed work

Prepare technical reports, design plans, permit applications, and collaborate with clients and municipalities

Support or lead project tasks including schedule and budget tracking, client communications

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth

Contribute to a culture where your work helps shape our region's infrastructure and environment

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of water resources / civil engineering experience (we're open to backgrounds in municipal drainage design, flood modelling, watershed/infrastructure work)

Technical proficiency: hydrology/hydraulic modelling, stormwater design, GIS/CAD tools

EIT or PE preferred, or willing to pursue PE

Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a proactive attitude
