Waterpark Greeter Apply
The Waterpark Greeter will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying ID’s and guest passes, providing information about park amenities, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and efficiently check in all valid residents and guests at park entrances while ensuring a smooth experience.
- Thoroughly inspect bags and coolers to ensure compliance with park regulations and carefully check for banned items.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns residents may have regarding park rules, while maintaining a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor at all times.
- Utilize computer skills to accurately validate resident access and process guest passes.
