Are you an experienced Sales Estimator or Project Manager with a background in commercial construction? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and lead the estimating process for various waterproofing projects. Your expertise in waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and more will be crucial to our success. Join us to help drive our projects forward and grow our business!

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the estimating process and sales.

Generate project leads and drive sales growth.

Attend job walks and perform detailed quality take-offs.

Download, process bid documents, and review future addendums.

Analysed drawings and specifications to ensure all required information is gathered.

Create accurate project budgets.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase work volume.

Collaborate with Operations, Administration, and Accounting departments to ensure accurate billing, proposals, and job documentation.

Support business operations to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Capture and analysed data during customer interactions to expand and retain client base.

Handle phone and email correspondence efficiently.

Partner with management and executive leadership to optimize sales opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Construction Estimating and Sales.

Proven experience in the following trades:

Waterproofing

Caulking and Sealants

Painting

Deck Coatings

Wall Coatings

Epoxy Injections

Polished Concrete

Epoxy and Urethane

Exterior Coatings for Commercial Projects

Proficiency in using Estimating Software.

Ability to maintain open communication with project management teams and specialists.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project Manager, Adobe).

Strong analytical skills for accurate take-offs and budget creation.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience in generating and nurturing project leads.

Knowledge of construction documentation and billing processes.
