Join our team to create meaningful solutions that strengthen communities while advancing your professional expertise. Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects. Projects may include designs of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and/or studies of wastewater and water systems Coordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externally Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture Maintain quality control of services and deliverables Provide mentoring and training to younger staff. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio. 10+ years of related water/wastewater experience Self-motivated and adaptable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment Project management experience a plus.
