That’s where you come in.This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of technology, client experience, and operations. You’ll own the onboarding journey end-to-end—turning new advisors into confident, fully operational users of our platform.What You’ll Do• Own the full onboarding lifecycle: from signed agreement to full platform adoption• Deliver hands-on training across our tech stack—making complex tools simple and usable• Act as the primary point of contact, building trust with advisors from day one• Coordinate with compliance, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding• Track progress, flag risks early, and report on key metrics (time-to-activation, satisfaction)• Build scalable onboarding playbooks, guides, and training materials• Continuously improve the onboarding experience by identifying and removing friction• Support rollout and adoption of new platform featuresWhat You Bring• 2–5 years in onboarding, client success, implementation, or training• Experience in Canadian financial services strongly preferred• Strong technical aptitude—you learn platforms quickly and teach them effectively• Excellent communication skills—you simplify complexity and build trust fast• Strong organization and project management—you don’t let details slip• High ownership mindset—you anticipate problems and solve them proactivelyNice to Have• Experience working with financial advisors, wealth firms, or dealer networks• Familiarity with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, or fintech platforms• Bilingual (English/French)will be an assetWhy This Role• High-impact role shaping the advisor experience from day one• Fast-growing, tech-driven environment• Real ownership and visibility across the business• Opportunity to build scalable systems and processesIf you’re someone who thrives on creating exceptional experiences, solving problems, and working directly with clients, this is your opportunity to build something meaningful.Interested?
