We have an exciting opportunity for a Web Application Developer to join a high-impact project focused on building and enhancing a modern, accessible WordPress-based web platform. Position: Web Application Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA (Primarily Remote – Onsite as Needed) Duration: 5+ Months with Possible Extension Interview Process: One Round Interview Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain WordPress websites using WordPress Core, Elementor, and third-party plugins. Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible web solutions. Configure website functionality including search, file sharing, analytics integration, and content migration. Collaborate with UX/UI teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain website performance, security, and usability. Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Required Skills 3+ years of web application development experience. Strong expertise in WordPress development. Hands-on experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Elementor. Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG AA. Experience with website security, testing, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
