The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, visually appealing websites that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Key responsibilities include creating responsive web designs, developing the front-end of websites, designing graphics to enhance user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.QualificationsProficiency in Web Design, including layout, typography, and color theoryRequirements· UI/UX Design Principles – Understanding user behavior, usability, and experience optimization.· Responsive Web Design – Ability to create mobile-friendly and cross-device compatible designs.· Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.· Color Theory & Typography – Choosing aesthetic and brand-aligned colors and fonts.· HTML5 & CSS3 – Strong knowledge to create structured and visually appealing pages.· JavaScript (Basic) – For minor interactive elements like animations and dynamic effects.· Bootstrap & Tailwind CSS – For efficient and responsive styling.· Theme & Plugin Customization – Adjusting themes and integrating essential plugins.· Shopify– Understanding of e-commerce design principles.· SEO-Friendly Design – Optimizing pages for better ranking (alt text, metadata, page speed).· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Designing with sales & engagement in mind.· Graphic Design (Preferred) – Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator for banners & visuals.· Strong Communication – Coordinating with developers.· Should have 5+ years of experience.
