Job Title: Web Graphic Designer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing web pages, graphics, and user interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to translate project requirements into effective visual designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across web platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Optimize web graphics for performance and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve and innovate web design practices.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Web Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
