Job Title: Web Graphic Designer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging web graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Develop responsive website designs that provide an optimal viewing experience across various devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, and online ads.
• Maintain and update existing websites and graphic assets to ensure they remain current and relevant.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve web designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience in web graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent creative and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
