Responsibilities Experience leading a small development team
6-8+ years of experience. Strong in designing applications from scratch and can build a strong foundation using any modern client framework.
Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js. 2+ years of hands-on Vue experience is required.
Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies
Proposing upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.
Solid foundation in design/development with strong analytical and debugging skills
Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle with Agile software development methods.
Work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills, team player, service oriented
Primary Skills (Must Have) Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js
Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass or Less
Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
Proficiency with modern development tools, like Babel, Webpack, and Git
Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs
Secondary Skills (Nice to have) RESTful Services/APIs
Analytics and Accessibility
Git/Version Control (GIT, Bitbucket, SVN)
Node.js
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51.78/hour - $80.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
