Zone Family Entertainment Center in Mankato, MN. The Expo or Expeditor serves as a critical link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely and accurate manner. The expo plays a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of service. Responsibilities: Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen, checking for presentation, accuracy and portion size Act as the main point of contact between kitchen staff and servers Maintain a clean and organized area Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries Ensure that all guests receive their meals as ordered Friday - Sunday availability - daytime/evenings Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation About Us: Wow!
