Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural production management or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in optimizing operational efficiency and productivity.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
